Why Magnesium Bisglycinate?
Magesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. Commonly available forms of magnesium include magnesium oxide and citrate. However, these forms often have poor absorption and could cause diarrhea. Magnesium bisglycinate rarely causes diarrhea and is absorbed four times than the citrate form. It does not break down in the digestive process, enabling a large amount to be absorbed in the intestinal wall.
