Duration of use:
Use for at least 2-3 months to see beneficial effects.

Recommended dosage:
1 Tablespoon (=15ml) 2 to 3 times per day or mix with half a glass of water or juice. Use the calibrated measuring cup provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Avoid taking at bedtime. Take with food.
